A few days ago AnakJajan visited their cafe, it’s located at the same building with Gastromaquia restaurant. The cafe is not spacious but the ambiance is very homey and cozy.
Here in Cheesess you can find cheesecake, cookies, coffee tea and also savory snacks. Since Cheesess and Gastromaquia is located in the same building, you can order Cheesess products at Gastromaquia and vice versa.

Overall, AnakJajan enjoyed our afternoon break at Cheesess Cafe. Pricewise might be not as cheap as the other cheesecake next door but considering the product’s high quality and amazing taste, I honestly think that it is actually very worthy and reasonable. If you are a sweetooth person or cheesecake lover, we highly recommend you to try it. FYI, they will be launching afternoon tea set soon too, so stay tuned! Let’s Jajan!

Authentique is a well known French bakery at Kemang area. Their first outlet at Kemang Selatan I street has been opened for quite some time. AnakJajan have been super curious and dying to visit it. Recently they opened 2nd branch called Sophie Authentique still in Kemang area at Kemang I street right across Little Baghdad and finally we manage to visit it.
It is located in Splash block with more spacious room than the first branch, and parking also easier here.
AnakJajan love how they decorate the shop with simple wooden furniture, cement floor and white painted walls. Another thing that we love is the proper amount of natural light in this shop making us able to take a proper and bright ‘instagenic’ photo :)#foodP*rnAlert oopsie
Talking about the food, Authentique is an authentic French Bakery where you can find freshly baked Quiche, Sandwich, Salad, Eggs, Baguette, Bread, Pastry, Tart, Cake from IDR 10k to IDR 300k (Whole Tart/Cake).
Mini Canele IDR 30k There are 2 selection for Canele in Authentique, normal size for IDR 20k each or 4 pieces of mini canele for IDR 30k. The texture of canele is nice with inviting caramelized aroma and flavor on the outside and dense texture with balance sweetness.

Croissant IDR 15k + Butter IDR 10k We enjoyed the croissant, it has a really nice texture and layers, crunchy on the outside while soft fluffy pillowy inside.
Croque Madame IDR 70k A plateful of perfection! Soft center crunchy crust bread with savory melting cheese and ham, sunny side up with melting egg yolk and fresh salad with refreshing sour dressing. We love how each element complimenting each other. Sandwich was quite heavy but the salad did a great job in balancing the heaviness. Must order!
